Hoffmann Neopac AG is a Swiss family business based in Thun and Oberdiessbach. For 125 years we have been manufacturing plastic and metal packaging of the finest quality for the beauty, health, and confectionary industries. World famous products familiar in our daily life are packaged in our tubes and metal tins. Tinboutic, the shop, is run by young talent. It is part of our company's training and junior staff programme.

Here, the trainees learn how project work, personal responsibility and interdisciplinary cooperation work right from scratch. And they immediately take on responsibility.

The tinboutic team manages almost all aspects of a modern company - from product development to marketing, online sales, customer service, production, quality assurance, delivery and finance.
